Feeling Hot?

Cool down with those four super-easy breezy drinks!

1) Cocktail

Ingredients:

- Strawberries

- Bananas

- Mangos

- Vanilla ice cream

- Sugar

- Cocktail juice

Steps:

1. Blend; strawberries, bananas, mangos, 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream*

2. Dip the tip of your glass into cocktail juice, then dip into sugar. You can also add a strawberry to your glass

3. Pour drink into your hooked up glass

* Quantities of fruits depends on what you prefer, or add to blender in equal amounts.

2) Oreo Milkshake

Ingredients:

- Vanilla ice cream

- Cold milk

- Oreos

Steps:

1. Blend; 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, ½ cup of cold milk, 3 Oreos

2. Pour milkshake into your glass

3) Mocha

Ingredients:

- Milk

- Nescafe

- Chocolate powder

- Sugar

- Vanilla ice cream

- Whip cream

- Flake

Steps:

1. Blend; Nescafe (3 spoons), chocolate powder (3 spoons), sugar (3 spoons), 2 cups of vanilla ice cream

2.Pour into glass

3. Top it off with whip cream, then chocolate powder and a mini flake.

4) Cranberry Mocktail

Ingredients:

- Cranberry juice

- 7up

- Green lime

- Mint

Steps:

1. Pour ¼ cup of cranberry juice

2. Add 7up to fill the glass

3. Squeeze some lime (½ tablespoon approx.)

4. Add fresh mint leaves.

Make sure your ingredients are extra chilled to enjoy the coolness effect!

"Football Fever" At Baskin Robbins

Football fever is everywhere!! Its crazy! Everyone is going insane over this football thing and I don’t know what the big deal is.. maybe coz I’m simply not a fan

I know many people may hate me for saying this… but its true.. I hate footballlllllll!

Anywaysss.. enough of my “non-passionate” talk about football.. and back to how people are crazy about it..

Today I passed by Baskin Robbins and found a new flavor called “FOOTBALL FEVER” and I was like whaaaat theeee…. Seriously??? Even Baskin Robbins lool it was pretty hilarious to me ;p

So out of curiosity I ordered a scoop. It wasn’t that good but I bet to a lot of people it’s their “favorite” flavor now.

Its a bit minty and weird but not thaaat bad and not good either.. it was just OK.

Flavor description: A field of chocolate and mint ice creams tossed with chocolate mint soccerball cookies and littered with red and yellow cards.

Next time you go to Baskin Robbins, ask them for a taste.

Fashion "Investments"

A few posts back I defined “smart buy”, today I’m gona define a new term that I use a lot; “investment!” A fashion investment that is.

A fashion investment is:

“A relatively expensive purchase that’s gona last nearly forever! It will be a part of your collection for years to come and could also be passed on to your daughters”

For example,

- A classic Chanel bag or even a limited edition Chanel that can be considered “vintage” one day.

- An Hermes, whether it’s a Birkin or Kelly or any one, its definitely an investment because you’re paying so much for it and it’s a classic! Stays forever!

- A plain black, classic, fitted evening dress with a certain twist that looks good on you

- One of Herve Leger classic fitted dresses – definitely always in the cupboard

- Basic Christian Louboutin pumps

And so on, you get the idea.

One day you might wana go back to your archive and wear something from there so pick your investments wisely and invest in goods that you know will definitely prosper.

Gift Idea: Chocolate Stick

My frnd is back to Kuwait and I wanted to get her something sentimental and FUN! So whats better than chocolates? ;)

But I didn’t want typical chocolates, I wanted something with a twist. So I searched until I came across this “Chocolate Stick” website.

They sell bouquets of CHOCOLATES that look soooooo yummy and exciting! They have different sizes; small to xlarge , and prices range from 10kd to 40kd, which I thought are not bad.

They are perfect gifts to say; get well soon, I’m sorry, you’ve been missed and even happy birthday!

Smart Buy

Anyone can easily buy gorgeous items with the right amount of cash, but that’s just being normal, you have enough money you go buy it. The challenge is to buy what looks as striking and beautiful as a high-end product, when in fact it was just your taste that made all the difference.

Everyone has his own perspective of smart buy; some say smart buy is buying stuff on sale, something they’d be wearing a lot, or a one piece item that no one else has.
