Pottery Barn’s campaign is reflecting their true aim in acquiring a unique character and value, which differentiates them from the rest. They are introducing appealing complimentary events and services for their customers, which in my opinion is excellent marketing.
I don’t know if you guys read the back of Pottery Barn’s catalogue or not, but the salesmen there enlightened me with their complimentary design service they offer their customers, which was apparently at the back of their catalogue.
Basically, you can schedule an appointment with Pottery Barn’s Design Studio Specialists to help you revamp a room or decorate a new home for you. You would only pay for the furniture and accessories, which are carefully picked to suit your taste from Pottery Barn, and the decorating service is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE. Because I don't shop for furniture, I just found out that Ikea, Midas and other furniture stores offer the same service too.
Also, on Saturday 3rd of July at 10a.m., Pottery Barn are organizing an entertainment summer class at their Avenues’ store on “How to decorate outdoor”. The class will be for an hour approximately and will include some basic tips and hints on how to decorate your outdoor space.
